My Glog
Glogster is a fun tool that can easily be used in the education setting. The way in which I decided to use it was as a way for the students to present their topic to the class. For a writing assignment, students would have to explain what is important in their lives. Along with the writing assignment, they would have to create a glog that shows their choice. This would be a great way to keep the class stimulated while giving a presentation on one's writing. I decided to make my glog about my dog Chase. I included pictures and a video I have of him singing. The one aspect of using Glogster that would not work for me was adding audio. I tried to upload a file and I also tried to use the "Grab" tool. When I play the audio back on my computer it does not work. I had wanted to play the song "Who Let the Dogs Out" as an autoplay feature when you went to the glog. Overall, it was quite simple to make the glog and I think it is a great way to share students work. Feel free to comment on my glog.
